Raging Corgis won 11-1
In their second game of the Puppy Cup tournament, the Raging Corgis faced off against the Sleepy Spaniels, a team not known for their vigor or agility. From the kickoff, it was clear that the match would lack the excitement of their previous encounter. The Spaniels seemed more interested in napping than playing, and the Corgis easily took advantage.
Within the first few minutes, Tiny Tucker scored a hat trick with little effort, weaving around the sluggish Spaniels with ease. Bella and Benny added to the tally with a few straightforward goals, each one more lackluster than the last. By halftime, the score was a staggering 6-0, and the crowd’s initial enthusiasm had dwindled into polite applause.
The second half dragged on much the same way. The Corgis continued to dominate, adding five more goals to their score. The Spaniels managed to score a single goal due to a momentary lapse in the Corgis' defense, but it did little to change the overall dull atmosphere. When the final whistle blew, the scoreboard read 11-1, and the Raging Corgis walked off the field, victorious but unchallenged, ready to face a more formidable opponent in their next game.
